Florida has led the nation over the past four years in institutional investor sales. However, each year the overall percent of institutional investor sales in Florida has declined.
Institutional buyers are in a 4 year low and down 31 percent from just 2013. Of all the sales in 2014, only 4.2 percent of homes sold were to institutional investors.
This significant decline confirms Institutional buyers are pulling out, signally the that market has improved so much that the mass bargains are not around like previous years.
